Naturally Cure PMS -- A Drug Free Approach

   

Traditionally the symptoms of PMS which include a bloating, cramping, muscle soreness and headaches are treated with anti-inflammatory pain medications such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) or acetaminophen (Tylenol). Over the counter medications such as Pamprin and Midol also include diuretics (i.e pamabrom) for the bloating and pyrilamine maleate which is actually used in most cold and allergy medications to relieve itchy eyes and runny nose.
